If you are considering purchasing a home, when you call a Real Estate Professional on a particular listing that you have seen that peaks your interest, don't be surprised if one of the first things the Professional asks you is if you have been pre-approved by a mortgage lender. | Hi Chris, Either scenario is fine, but if you do not know a lender to call, then I recommend scheduling a home buyer consultation with us first, and we can give you a list of preferred lenders-many times we arrange to have the lender available, either in person or by phone at the consultation. | Oh! I get it...that makes sense. I have been asked before by Real Estate agents about my financing, and it sort of made me mad, but no one ever explained it this way...thanks. | |
